How does Digital Media effect my daily existence?

I can live without digital media for a day,
but I cannot live without it for a week or a longer time.
I search, check my e-mails, watch news, chat with my friends, etc. on line everyday.

If the digital media is not exist,
my family cannot contact me, especially such a far way.
you cannot know what am i doing through the facebook.
I cannot know how's goin with my friends.

there are a lot of things i will miss
if there is no digital media.
